ROAD WARRIORS RECEIVE BOURDON FROM ADIRONDACK

GREENVILLE, SC – The Greenville Road Warriors announced today that defenseman Marc-Andre Bourdon has been reassigned to the team by the Philadelphia Flyers from the Adirondack Phantoms of the American Hockey League.

The second-year pro, will make his ECHL debut tonight against the Trenton Devils. In 33 games this season with the Phantoms, Bourdon has registered seven points (1G, 6A) and logged 52 penalty minutes. He scored his first goal of the season against former Road Warrior goalie Cameron Talbot on December 12. Last year, in his first season with the Phantoms, Bourdon registered 19 points (2G, 17A) in 61 games while finishing second among Phantom defenseman in assists as a rookie. Prior to turning pro, Bourdon was named a Quebec Major Junior Hockey League First-Team All Star in 2009 after earning 60 points (18G, 42A) with Rouyn-Noranda and Rimouski.
