The Greenville Road Warriors announced today that center Justin Bowers has been loaned to the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League.

Bowers was the ECHL Player of the Month for January with 28 points (10G, 18A) in 15 games and is Greenville’s leading scorer with 57 points (14G, 43A). His point total is tied for second most in the ECHL while his 43 assists lead the league as do his 20 power-play assists and 24 power-play points.

It is Bowers’ first call up to the AHL this season and fifth of his four-year pro career. The 6-0, 195-pound pivot has logged 55 AHL games with Lake Erie, Quad City, Abbotsford, and Portland. He has 20 points (9G, 11A) in that time and had his most productive AHL stint with Portland last season as he earned 11 points (4G, 7A) in 26 games.
