ROAD WARRIOR MASCOT UNVEILING

The Greenville Road Warriors, ECHL affiliate of the New York Rangers and Philadelphia Flyers, announced today that they will be holding a press conference this week to unveil their mascot.

The press conference will be held at The Children’s Museum of the Upstate on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. For location information on The Children’s Museum click here. Members of the Road Warriors’ staff, including team president and general manager Neil Smith, as well as staff members from The Children’s Museum are scheduled to be in attendance. The event is open to members of the media and is also free to attend for Road Warriors fans. At the press conference, the Road Warriors will also be providing details on their "Name the Mascot" contest.
