HARTFORD, CT – As Cantlon’s Corner exclusively reported, former Hartford Wolf Pack forward Shawn O’Donnell is joining the Allen Americans (ECHL). Joining him there will be another ex-Pack, Matt Register, who played for five games last season. Register is making his second trip to the Texas city that’s Northeast of Dallas.
There are three more NCAA collegiate transfers to report, two Division-I and one to Division-III.
Gavin Gould 23, departs Michigan Tech (WCHA) and heads to Bowling Green (WCHA). Logan Coomes leaves Merrimack College (HE) and heads to the University Alaska-Fairbanks (WCHA).
Oliver Flynn (Wolcott, CT) who played for CT (Newington) Chiefs (AYHL) last year, will be attending Loomis Chaffe (Windsor) in the fall. He has made a commit for 2022-23 with UCONN (Storrs) of Hockey East.
Flynn was taken with the first pick (17th overall) by the Drummondville Voltigeurs in the QMJHL American Draft. He was also selected in the sixth round (89th overall) by the Waterloo Black Hawks in the USHL Futures Draft.
Former New Haven Nighthawk, Mikael Lindholm, leaves Gavle GIK (Sweden J-18) squad as an Assistant Coach to Strombro IF (Sweden Division-3) as the Head Coach.
Nick DiLisi, a former Hartford Jr. Wolf Pack (USPHL-Premier) leaves IFK Stromsund (Sweden Division-2) for Luja HT (Finland DivIsion-2).
