CARROLL BACK TO CHARLOTTE 

Pack and CT lottery logo With P.A. Parenteau having cleared waivers and back now in Hartford, the need for call-up Andrew Carroll has dissipated and he was released from his PTO and sent back to Charlotte today.

WOLF PACK RELEASE FORWARD ANDREW CARROLL FROM PTO

Hartford Wolf Pack general manager Jim Schoenfeld announced today that the team has released forward Andrew Carroll from his Professional Tryout (PTO) agreement.  Carroll will return to the Wolf Pack’s ECHL affiliate, the Charlotte Checkers.

A rookie out of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Carroll was scoreless with seven penalty minutes in two games after joining the Wolf Pack last Monday.  In 16 games with the Checkers, the 6-0, 200-pound native of Shoreview, MN has scored eight goals and added four assists for 12 points, along with 30 penalty minutes.

The Wolf Pack return to action this Friday night, December 18 at the XL Center, hosting the Toronto Marlies on Guida’s Family Value Night (7:00 PM faceoff).  Family Value Night packages start as low as $45 and include three tickets, three hot dogs or pizza slices, three sodas and a Wolf Pack souvenir.
