POST-GAME QUOTES
John Tortorella on tonight’s game…
“For me it was a tough one to eat because it was still a winnable game. I thought we did some really good things. We got some good looks with the power play but we couldn’t finish. As poorly as we started, I thought we regrouped and we could have won it.”
Ryan Callahan on tonight’s game…
“I don’t think we started the way we needed to. We had a better second and third but our start definitely has to be better.”
Dan Girardi on tonight’s game…
“We weren’t making the simple plays. We were trying to go across ice and up the middle. We weren’t settling the puck before we passed it. We just really have to simplify our game when things aren’t going our way.”
