Tickets go on sale March 28th
GREENVILLE, SC – The Greenville Road Warriors announced today their home dates for their first round best-of-five series in the 2011 Kelly Cup Playoffs.
Last night’s victory over the South Carolina Stingrays guaranteed the Road Warriors home ice advantage for the first round of the playoffs. As the higher seed, the Road Warriors will play their home games in the first round on Friday, April 8th , Saturday, April 9th and Monday, April 11th. The games on April 9th and 11th will be played if necessary as the opening series is a best-of-five which requires three wins to advance to the second round. Each first round home game begins at 7:35 p.m. at the BI-LO Center.
Tickets to all first round games go on sale Monday, March 28th at 10:00 a.m. at the BI-LO Center Box Office, as well as at all Ticketmaster outlets. Playoff tickets will remain at the same price as they were for the regular season with tickets available for $9, $13, or $17 with discounts of $2 available for children, senior citizens, and military personnel and veterans. There will be an additional $2 day-of-game charge for playoff tickets so fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance. In addition, ticket packages for the entire Kelly Cup playoffs are available. Anyone who purchases season tickets for 2011-12 before March 25th, and commits to 2011 Playoff Rounds 2, 3, and 4 will receive tickets to all first round playoff games for free.
