CANTLON: UCONN OUT OF THE XL CENTER TILL FALL ’21

HARTFORD, CT – The hammer has fallen.

CRDA Executive Director, Mike Freimuth, said on Wednesday morning that the XL Center will NOT host any play from either men’s or women’s UCONN basketball, and UCONN Hockey East until the fall of 2021.

All games will be played at on UCONN’s campus facilities.

The building is still awaiting word from the AHL’s Hartford Wolf Pack as to if and when they will have a season.
