Pack and CT lottery logo The Hartford Wolf Pack have come up with a way for you to get to know the players a bit better and having seen the first result of that, it should be a great success. The new Hartford Wolf Pack All Access:Road to the Show will let you get a look at the guys in a different light. In the first episode you will get to see Dale Weise, Devin DiDiomete and Justin Soryal talking about various things. What makes it so much fun, at least for us, is the fact that the guys tongues are buried so far into their cheeks that we were surprised they could keep a straight face while doing it. That’s why it’s so great and should be a big hit with Wolf Pack fans… Check it out…we will!

Here’s the official release:

Northland AEG announced today the launch of “Wolf Pack All Access: Road to the Show” on the Wolf Pack’s official website, www.hartfordwolfpack.com.

Produced by the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, Wolf Pack All Access: Road to the Show, consists of light-hearted video clips actually shot by the Wolf Pack players on Pack road trips.  The players were provided with a video camera, and will be documenting their travels throughout the rest of the season, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at what everyday life is like off the ice in the AHL, and in the quest to become a New York Ranger.

Fans are encouraged to check back to www.hartfordwolfpack.com/roadtotheshow after every Wolf Pack road trip for fresh and entertaining footage.

The Wolf Pack return from the AHL All-Star break tonight, with a Guida’s Family Value Night game at the XL Center against the first-place Manchester Monarchs (7:00 faceoff).  Family Value packages start as low as $45 and include three tickets, three hot dogs or pizza slices, three sodas and a Wolf Pack souvenir.  Guida’s Family Value Night packs are available at the XL Center box office and on-line at www.hartfordwolfpack.com.

Single-game tickets for 2009-10 Hartford Wolf Pack regular season home games are on sale now at the XL Center box office, through Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone at 1-800-745-3000 and on-line at www.hartfordwolfpack.com.

For information on all the Wolf Pack’s many ticketing options, including terrific discounts for groups of 15 or more, visit www.hartfordwolfpack.com, or call the Wolf Pack ticket office at (860) 548-2000 to talk with an account executive today. The AHL’s Hartford Wolf Pack is operated by Northland AEG LLC, a joint partnership between Northland Investment Corporation and AEG Facilities.  The team is the top player-development affiliate of the NHL’s New York Rangers.

Mitch, what have you heard about Albany being sold and moved the Charlotte to become the Canes AHL affiliate?

    Doc,

I’m hearing from a variety of sources that there are a lot of discussions going on concerning this issue. Of what we’ve been told that we can print is that whatever is going to happen in regards to this situation will be happening within the next couple of weeks. When we have more information that we CAN print, we will get it right out there for all of our readers.

    Thanks for reading Howlings…
