GREENVILLE ANNOUNCES TRAINING CAMP ROSTER 

GREENVILLE, SC The Greenville Road Warriors announced today the roster for their 2011 training camp. The first practice is scheduled for Monday, October 3 at 10:00 a.m. at The Pavilion in Taylors, SC.

The Road Warriors begin their second ever training camp with 17 players on the roster. It is comprised of one goalie, seven defensemen, and nine forwards. Of the 17, six are returnees from the 2010-11 Road Warriors team that won the regular season title for the South Division and Eastern Conference. The first practice on Monday is free and open to the public.

The Road Warriors’ training camp roster is as follows:

The Road Warriors’ training camp consists of two preseason games against the South Carolina Stingrays. The preseason opener is Friday, October 7 at 7:35 p.m. at the BI-LO Center. Road Warriors season ticket holders will get complimentary tickets while individual tickets are available for $8 for adults and $6 for children. On Saturday, October 8 the Road Warriors and Stingrays will face off at 7:00 p.m. at the Carolina Ice Palace.

Mark your calendars! The Road Warriors open the season at the BI-LO Center on October 14 at 7:35 p.m. against the Wheeling Nailers. Don’t miss a minute of action with the Road Warriors this season! 2011-12 season ticket packages and half-season ticket packages are on sale right now. Fans can call 864-674-PUCK (7825) to speak to a Road Warriors ticket representative. Season tickets start as low as $300 and can be reserved with a deposit of just $100.
