LOCAL HERO GIVES RANGERS TWO POINTS

New York Rangers     VERSUS      Buffalo

Ryan Callahan, is a local here in Buffalo. The New York Rangers captain is from neighboring Rochester and it was his goal in the fifth round of the shootout that beat Ryan Miller and gave the Blueshirts a 1-0 victory over the Sabres Wednesday night.

For Callahan, we want to dedicate this song to him and all Rangers fans. It just seems so incredibly appropriate given the circumstances…

–        Seven of the last 10 meetings between the Rangers and Sabres have been decided by one goal.

–        The Rangers have won six of their last eight road games (6-1-1 over the span), and are 12-3-1 in their last 16 games away from MSG.
