PRETTY IN PINK

Wolfpack
Mv5bmtmzndmymte2mf5bml5banbnxkftz_2No, Molly Ringwald, Jon Cryer and Andrew McCarthy are not coming to a Wolf Pack game to do a remake of their 1986 hit film in between periods…but that is a pretty original idea though don’t you think?

This is a VERY serious issue actually and far from anything resembling a laughing matter. Northland AEG announced today that the Hartford Wolf Pack’s home game next Friday, October 24th at the XL Center vs. the Philadelphia Phantoms will be “Pink in the Rink” night. Face off is 7:00.

“Pink in the Rink” benefits Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The night will feature an auction of special pink items, with the proceeds going to support breast cancer awareness and the quest for a cure for breast cancer. Also, fans who wear pink to the game will receive a discount of $5 off adult tickets in the Red or Blue sections. This discount offer is valid only on Friday and only at the XL Center box office

The October 24th game is also the season’s first Friday-night “Guida’s Family Value Night”. Family Value packages start at $39 and include three tickets, three hot dogs or pizza slices, three sodas and a Wolf Pack souvenir. To order your Family Value Night pack, visit the XL Center box office, or go on-line to www.ticketmaster.com. In addition, military personnel and college students can take advantage of a great discount on tickets for that game. Simply show a military or student ID at the XL Center box office and purchase up to four tickets at $10 each. This offer is only available at the XL Center box office.

Tickets for all Wolf Pack home games are on sale at the XL Center box office and all Ticketmaster locations, including Macy’s at the Buckland Hills Mall and at the Westfarms Mall. Tickets may also be charged by phone at (860) 525-4500, (203) 744-8100, (203) 624-0033 or (413) 733-2500, and on-line at www.hartfordwolfpack.com
