TIP-A-PLAYER EVENT ANNOUNCED

Wolfpack logo
A personal favorite event here at Howlings Central is the Annual Tip-A-Player Dinner. If you have young kids like we do, they just simply have a blast. If you’re interested in meeting the players and getting to know them while being part of a really good fund raiser, this is the event to take in. The players are loose and friendly and what’s most funny about it is how competitive they are in earning “puck-buck” tips. These guys really take pride in earning as much as they can. We’ve been to all of them and have yet to have anything other than a total blast. You will too.

Here’s the official release about it.

The Wolf Pack Tip-a-Player Dinner and Sports Carnival features great food, donated by Hartford-area restaurants and served by the Wolf Pack players.  Players compete to earn tips in "pucks bucks" for their service and for entertaining guests.  The Sports Carnival, set up in the XL Center’s Exhibition Hall area, consists of a host of awesome inflatables to bounce and flip around on, plus all kinds of other games and hockey-themed fun.

Gaylord Hospital is a long-term acute care hospital that specializes in the care and treatment of medically complex patients, rehabilitation and sleep medicine.  Long-term acute care (LTAC) is a recognized designation by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for acute care hospitals whose average length of stay is at least 25 days. LTAC hospitals provide specialized care services to manage medical conditions, so that patients with catastrophic or acute illnesses and injuries can work toward recovery.
