HARTFORD, September 6, 2018: Spectra, operators of the XL Center and Hartford Wolf Pack, today announced the schedule of preseason action for the Wolf Pack.
The Wolf Pack will play a pair of preseason contests in preparation for the 2018-19 AHL campaign. The opponent in both games will be the Wolf Pack’s Nutmeg State adversaries, the Bridgeport Sound Tigers, and both will be played at the Koeppel Community Sports Center on the campus of Trinity College. Both preseason tilts will face off at 1:00 PM and the Sound Tigers will be the home team for the first of the two, which will be Friday, September 28.
The next day, Saturday, September 29, will be a Wolf Pack home game, and for both games, donations will be accepted at the door in lieu of an admission charge, benefitting the Ryan Gordon/Hartford Wolf Pack Community Scholars Fund. The fund memorializes young fan Ryan Gordon, who passed away in 2006 and asked that a portion of the monies set aside for his college education be donated to the Hartford Wolf Pack Community Foundation. Suggested donation is $5 per person.
